With over 15 years of professional experience in the legal industry, Ambra brings a rare combination of financial acumen and legal expertise to her dual executive role.

In her capacity as CFO, Ambra oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. She has extensive experience managing vendor relationships and leading the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility across all company projects. As CLO, Ambra is responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including contract negotiation and compliance, risk management, regulatory oversight, and corporate governance.
